Terms & Conditions
1. Reservation & Payment
• Unless paying in full, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your space at the retreat.
• Final payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days after registration or by December 7, 2025 at the latest to secure your registration. That payment will
automatically be charged to the credit card used for your deposit.
• The payment plan option ends on November 17, 2025. Any guest registering after November 17, 2025 must pay in full.
• PayPal is accepted for full payments only.
• Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation Policy
This is a non-refundable trip. Due to the cost of the retreats and having to prepay for the location, food, and all activities well in advance, we are unable to cancel a trip. We highly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergencies. You can find quotes here at http://www.squaremouth.com. You assume the risk if you don’t purchase insurance. There are many affordable options.
3. Transfer of Registration
• Registrations may be transferred to another guest by December 7, 2025 with written notice sent to [email protected].
• The substitute guest must meet all participation requirements and submit any required information and forms.
4. Retreat Inclusions
Your registration fee includes:
• Accommodation for the duration of the retreat
• Meals as outlined in the retreat package
• All scheduled group sessions, workshops, and activities led by Michael B. Beckwith
• Use of on-site facilities at Reunion Costa Rica
Not included:
• Airfare and airport transfers (unless otherwise stated)
• Optional excursions or spa treatments
• Personal expenses and travel insurance
5. Participant Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental health to participate. Individuals registering for the retreat must be age 18 and over.
• Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or allergies at the time of registration.
• Reunion does not allow animals or pets on their premises.
• The retreat facilitators and venue staff reserve the right to request that a participant modify or discontinue participation in any activity for safety reasons.
6. Travel & Documentation
• Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documents required for entry into Costa Rica.
• Please confirm that all flight arrangements align with the retreat’s check-in and check-out dates before booking. Check in on December 29th is 3:00 - 4:00 PM local time (Central Standard Time). Check out on January 2nd is 10 AM.
• If you would like to arrive at Reunion a few days before, or extend your stay after the retreat, please email Haamid Dash: [email protected] to set that up.
7. Liability Waiver
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that participation in the Retreat is at your own risk. Neither Agape International Spiritual Center, Reunion Costa Rica, nor their representatives are liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during or in transit to/from the retreat.
8. Photography & Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the retreat to be used by Agape and Reunion for promotional purposes.
9. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner that supports the retreat experience for all guests. The facilitators reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the retreat if behavior is disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.

By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
