ONLINE COURSE POLICY for Agape University PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  1. By registering for the Professional Practitioner Studies Program, you agree:

That this course and its contents are the sole intellectual property of the Agape International Spiritual Center and Agape University and therefore cannot be shared with anyone who is not registered for this course. This includes:

    1. Not sharing or having others view the live classes.

    2. Not sharing or having others view the video recordings.

    3. Not duplicating, disseminating, or sharing any of the downloadable materials (i.e., PDFs, MP3s, documents).

  1. Honoring this policy allows us to maintain the integrity of the teachings as well as the confidentiality of participants who may wish to keep their information private.

  2. If there is an option to choose between a morning or an evening class, students must commit to one course time; students must remain committed to participation in either the morning or evening course.

  3. Credit for all Agape University courses, events, or programs is received after completion of payment and the completion of course requirements.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE:

All persons participating in Agape University courses consent to the use of their photograph, image, voice and likeness in the class (online or in person), recordings, promotions and all media types. If you do not consent to the use of your photograph, image, voice and likeness in this manner, please do not enter the classroom (online or in person).

All persons participating in Agape University courses consent to the use of their email address and phone number strictly for the purpose of course related communication. No person may utilize another student’s email address for personal contact unrelated to coursework, nor in the promotion of an activity, product or service not explicitly supported by the Agape International Spiritual Center and/or Agape University.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]) accompanied by your official withdrawal from the Professional Practitioner Studies Program.

There are no transfers of funds between AU courses or Agape events.

Requests for refunds made prior to the 1st day of class will be issued in full (based on the tuition paid).

All other requests for refunds must be made prior to the beginning of the 3rd class of Term 2 or Term 3. The amount refunded will be 75% of the total cost of the term, (pro-rated if the tuition has been paid in full) minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
